Bare Bones has asked me what could be changed in BBEdit's pref window (layout, options, organziation, etc) to make it better. BBEdit's pref window has bugged me for a long time, so it is good they might revamp it.

What does everyone recommend, or would like to see?

A more OS X-ish feel would be nice, maybe even as far as using a toolbar or whatever (though the standard toolbar is probably a pain to implement in Carbon, as it's a Cocoa thing).

I don't know. Periodically, I go through BBEdit's prefs window, and it's super-geeky and hard to understand. But having all of those options is part of what makes BBEdit so awesome, so they can't ditch 'em.

So, I don't know. It could be prettier, obviously, but I don't think the content should change much, aside from possibly better organization and labeling.
