i am posting becuase i have read the other posts about shapeshifter, and none of them helped me.

i am running panther 10.3.7 and ss 2.0.1, and i cannot apply themes, or preview them in themepreview. i even tried reformatting my harddrive and reinstalling panther, but it didnt work. has anybody else had this problem, or know of a way to fix it?

things i have tried:

reinstalling panther
deleting cache
defaults delete com.unsanity.shapeshifter CustomSettings
reverting to ss 1.2 (didnt apply themes either)

any help is appreciated...thanks

kompile, have you emailed Unsanity's tech support? If not, you should do so. And if that doesn't work, my name is jason and I'm affiliated with unsanity.com. You can probably guess my email address. I'm at MacWorld, so I wont' be answering my email until next week, but I'll be glad to help out then.

One last idea. Create a new profile and install SS and see if the same problem exists. If so, it's likely something SS did. If not, it's likely your system causing the problems. May not help fix it, but it'l help narrow down the issues for a possible solution.
