My Church is considering going to a Mac for DTP but has always used MS Publisher and has a lot of .pub files. Is there a file convertor out there which will read and convert them to a decent Mac publishing program?

I don't think there's anything, Mac or Windows, that reads Publisher files other than Publisher. It doesn't produce output worthy of professional printing, so no print houses have bothered, and likewise neither Adobe nor Quark has tried to reverse engineer the format. (corrections welcome!)

Your best bet is to go back and print all of the files to postscript so they have some longevity.

Adobe Pagemaker for windows has a converter. You could also just save as a postscript file and then PDF it.
