Hi, some friend ask me about a app to build a little 'homepage' where he can place family picts, some hobby related stuff and so, he would love the app was drag&drop friendly, he has not on mind to learn about complex webcode stuff, I though that Freeway or RapidWeaver could fit him, could be? any other advice?

Freeway has a really tight integration with iPhoto which may be of interest.
