using Carbon Copy Cloner and a 1.1 USB connection? It's been about 24 hours now and it's 2/3 of the way done. Is this normal?

If the drive is really b0rnked and it takes a while to read, yes.

Oh, and USB 1.1? WTF? Where's your firewire? That's gonna take forever. How large is the drive?

I couldn'tget the firewire connection to work so I just started backing up with the USB. it is about 70GB. Gonna take a while I guess.
