Hi All,

Ok, I've somehow found myself as chief Mac guru for a friend who insists on using Entourage (he's using the 2004 version at the moment). He says that suddenly it's putting all received email into his Junk folder. I told him to turn down the junk filter slider (it was turned all the way to maximum), but he says it has no effect.

Any suggestions? (I don't run Entourage myself, and so have to help him by remembering how it acted during the times I've visited him)

Thanks in advance for any help,

Chas

I guess this one is too weird. Any suggestions beyond removing the prefs (and getting away from MSoft apps? :-)

happens to me as well.. not all messages are put in junk.. junk filter is set to low. Even if i click on "put sender's domain in trusted list".. still gets canned as junk.. even weirder.. if junk protection turned off.. mail still gets marked as junk!
I found Entourage's junk filter worked better before the junk mail filter update.. try removing/reinstalling Entourage 2004, install all updates except the junk mail filter.

The only way to solve this problem is to create another profile on the Mac. I battled this problem a week ago I reinstalled office but that didn’t work. Adding another profile solves the problem or create a rule to send all mail from user to Inbox.
