Hello ..

Lately, when I'm using Word (Office 2000) I'm getting something called "Word Work Files" appearing on my desktop ..

When I try to open them to see what they are they won't open ..

I went to Word help but couldn't find anything about them ...

It is not the autorecovery files because that shows on the desktop already ..

Thanks for any info ...

if you don't edit files that are on the desktop then you won't see these work files... i think they're just temporary files.
