I am looking for either:

an Apple Mac application that I can use to show how latitudes and longitudes are determined: specifically, a way of showing a hollow sphere, lines on its surface, lines from its center, and the ability to spin in any direction [roll, pitch yaw, if you will].

OR

a series of of these images already produced.

I'd rather the former to be able to produce things to my own needs, but....
