Nothing much yet, but the project's goal is to port MythTV (both the backend and frontend) to Mac OS X natively (i.e., use Aqua, and not rely on external libraries.) The new app will be called Showtime (name could change later.)

That looks great - I just hope that development goes smoothly enough that they can also add support for the AlchemyTV card down the road.
