after a monumental headache, I finally got iphoto 5 to successfully load my library. about 90% of the photos loaded happily, but the remaining 10% (which are non-sequential) are blank. the thumbnail appears as just a gray square, and when I double click, the picture that comes up is completely blank. I've tried rebuilding the library to no avail.

any idea?
-> 20" iMac Core Duo, 1GB RAM, lame superdrive that burns at 2x
-> MacBook Pro 2GHz Core Duo, 2GB RAM
-> MacBook 2.16GHz Core Duo, 2GB RAM

A fix from another forum. Dump any extra iPhoto's in previous systems.
