Ive got iCab right now and its not too bad but i want something a litte better. Ive got a iMac 333mhz with 96mb ram.

Have you tried Mozilla 1.2.1? It's the newest version that will work under OS 9. I can't remember if it is faster than iCab or not. Here is a link:

Believe it or not, IE is actually pretty damn good on OS 9.

I'd go with that.
