iDVD Error: Error during track intitilization. WHY?

I am trying to burn my first DVD, and I keep getting this error even though I did delete the encoded assets:

There was an error during track initialization and iDVD cannot continue burning this DVD (the disc has not been touched yet!). Please select 'Delete Encoded Assets' from the Advanced-menu and try burning this project again.


I have dleted the Encoded Assets and quit and restarted the program, does anyone know why this could be happening?

What version of iDVD? And what program created the content you're trying to burn?
