I just upgraded to OSX10.3 from OSX10.2 and I now can’t open any of my Photoshop CS files by clicking on them! I’ve already tried the whole “Get Info” approach to set which program should open the .psd or .jpg file, but it still has no effect. When I click on the file, it makes like it is about to open, then nothing happens. This only fails in PS. With other programs like Word and Illustrator I can click on them and they open just fine. Is my PS corrupted, maybe?

Reinstall PS. This issue has been reported before.

it's just missing some bits from Application Support. as mentioned above me, just reinstall and you should be fine.
