Is there any App that's available to create toolbars for MS Office. Currently Office for the mac does not allow you to create or edit a button image(like its window's counterpart).

Sooo I'm creating an application with excel; spreadsheets vba, etc, and I'd like to create a tool bar with its own customized buttons.
