I know some applications let you set them to always be above all other windows. But I was wondering if there's a way to make ANY application top most? Thanks

I watch a lot of Internet TV via RealPlayer and MediaPlayer and I want to leave a small RealPlayer window playing a TV telecast in the bottom right corner of the screen while I am surfing using Safari in full screen mode. Thanks for any advice!
