i have occasion to use an OS9 box every now and then, and am wondering if the Collective has any thoughts on the best browser to use (currently using IE 5.1.6)?
My primary criterion is compatibility with web sites, but obviously there are other considerations as well.

The last Mozilla build that supported OS 9 was by far the most modern browser available.

Wamcom (based on Mozilla 1.3.1) is very stable and compatible. It can be found at http://wamcom.org

It has tabbed browsing, blocks pop-ups, and you can use an ad blocking css file.
