10.3.8 mail and IMAP folders not showing up on launch

Only way I can get my IMAP folders to show up is to create a new one. After that, the list is displayed and I delete the new one. Shut down and relaunch Mail, no folders. My host just switched servers, but it works fine in Thunderbird at work - what is going on?
