can't do anything with thunderbird

	WTF is wrong with thunderbird on my machine? I set it up, it sees the mail server but I can't send a message because I can't even type in the "To:" or "Subject:" fields!!! Did anyone actually test this POS? Works fine on PC of course. I've had problems with firefox as well - same type of stuff; every now and then it decides the address bar is not meant for input. Maybe there is some strange conflict on my machine since I have not yet heard of anyone else having this problem. And my ISP just informed me that Mail does not work with their IMAP server anymore. Awesome.
