Deleting email accounts and missing mail?

	Hi, Can anyone tell me where the Mail/Drafts go when deleteing email and server accounts in Mail? I recently canceled my Earthlink service and removed the settings from Mail and the drafts I had saved using that account are no more. Were they deleted? Transfered? Anyone??
