I have Epson Printer 820.

When I open the Epson Printer Utility, just because I want to see the current status for my ink cartridges (how much left ink).

and when the applicatoin opens, I clicked on EPSON StatusMontior. It just quit itself on me. I tried again and again- the results are the same. I restarted my computer and nothing had changed.

When I clicked on others like "Nozzle check" it worked fine.. but not the EPSON StatusMontior? Why??? Any soultions??
