Can you elaborate?
When clicking through pages, you just click the link (mouse only)
If you are typing in an address, it's considerably easier just to hit enter then to mouse over to a button.
I can't think of a situation where you aren't typing in an address and not clicking on a link.

Also, if you type in a URL and click on the reload button, it does launch the new URL (not the current page).

When you copy and paste an address it would be handy to have some way to initiate the page loading with the mouse.

As mitchell_pgh mentioned, once you paste, just hit the reload button (usually directly to the left of the address window). Works just like 'Go'. If you type the address, just hit return/enter.
