Changing format of a .rm (Real Player)

I have a .rm and I would like to change it or even play it with a .mov or qt. Is there an app that can do it? I tried Ctrl Click open with Quicktime but it wouldn't work.

There are ways to hijack the Real Media software for encoding instead of playing, but only on Windows:
