I have Quicktime. but I can't remember what my quicktime 6 name and registration number is--which Apple adamantly requires

Any ideas how to upgrade.

You don't need QuickTime Pro to upgrade QuickTime. Just leave the information blank and it'll work fine. As for recovering your registration, I don't know, probably have to contact Apple about that?
