I just got my new powerbook and I got iWork along with it. Upon bringing my resume over to my mac and updating it all in pages. I can't seem to find print preview. Am I blind? or is it missing.

You're blind

Hit Print ... that will open a dialog from which you can choose Print, Preview, or Save as PDF

By the way, you can do that from every single app in OS X.
