I need help on setting up the server to stream live AVs from my powerbook
I got a windows xp w/ DTSS, but I don't know how to set it up.

I searched around the admin guide already, but it doesn't work...

Can anyone get it work and has a walkthrough for it?

You are looking for the QuickTime Streaming Broadcaster. Notice that this only runs on a Macintosh, and usually is paired with one or more Darwin/Qt Streaming Servers to do the network heavy lifting (so you could use the Windows install for that part).

I tried to get the broadcast running but I can't find the way to setup the broadcast option in DTSS.

I will appreciate if someone can help.
