I bought the kids iTunes gift certificates thinking this would be a great way to initialize their new iPods. Yet when they go to iTunes site, it won't let them process their g/cards without a credit card number. The apple support site says you can redeem without a credit card number, but it doesn't work. They have tried all the methods to redeem, to no avail. Does iTunes store really expect ten year olds to have a Visa?
Anybody know a solution to this problem?
