I want to clean install and save the most important settings, I could either call my web-hosting, or simply back-up the preferences.

Does anyone know where the FTP window preferences are in the OSX Hard Drive? Such as username/password etc.?

HD/Users/(myname)/Library/Preferences/Adobe GoLive 6.0 Prefs

Would this be the one? Can I just drop it in place after I install everything on my new clean drive? Passwords are the most important thing for my web-site and clients' sites. I can't afford to lose them.

Can I add these passwords to Keychain???

Thanks!!!
-matt

PS-When I upgrade to the newer GoLive, can I use this same pref file?

If you can't afford to lose the passwards, shouldn't you know them? Like having them all written down or something?

You can create secure notes in Keychain, so you can use that to store all kinds of passwords and serial numbers and whatever. I created a separate keychain called "Notes" for this purpose so the notes are not lost in the other stuff that gets automatically added to the login keychain.

I would assume GoLive stores the FTP passwords in the site settings document.
