Is there any software that allows you to make a video capture of the Mac OSX desktop? I am trying to make a few training videos for my family - so they can download the films and figure out how to do simple tasks. I want to help them transition from WinXP to MacOSX w/ these.

snapz pro x will do what you need. It's not free however.
