Looking for a utlity for seeing context menus

I used to have a program on my powerbook that would pop up a context menu (ctrl-click) if I held down the mouse button for a secopnd or two. I can't remember what it was called.

Any ideas?

I have. I tried searching for Popup (mostly got popup blockers) and Context (mostly got cotext menu addins).
