I'm having an odd iChat AV issue. I'm trying to set up a video chat with my mother. I have done the video chat thing from my computer before, so I don't think the problem is at my end. Both machines are behind linksys wireless routers connected wirelessly. Both machines are set as the DMZ. Neither machine has a firewall turned on. Why on earth doesn't this work?? ALL ports are therefore forwarded to these machines. I can remote control the machine with ARD; I can SSH in; Everything else works--except this.

I think I have tried everything possible. I've tried port forwarding w/o DMZ on her end; I've tried port triggering on her end; I'm currently at DMZ on her end. My machine is always the DMZ, as I'm running OS X Server--I want it that way.

Any ideas??

There is a regular poster there named Ralph Johns, and he knows iChat inside/out. He probably could solve your problem.
