I was surprised that a forum search revealed no previous thread on this topic, so forgive me if it's been asked before but... I'd like to be able to schedule recordings of internet radio shows so that they record the show's stream when I'm not home to do it. I've found a few apps that do this and was wondering which ones you folks like best and why. I don't need a lot of features, just the ability to record shows for a couple hours and schedule them. I prefer AIFF format, but MP3 is OK, too.
The candidates I've found so far include:
WireTap, Audio Hijack, RadioLover, iRecordMusic, and StreamRipper (which apparently doesn't work with OS 10.3).
So far, the cheapest looks like Audio Hijack at $16. Of course, I'd prefer a free program if there's one that'll do what I want, but I haven't found a free one that lets you schedule regular recordings easily. Thanks for any advice.

StreamRipper 1.60.10 is working just fine here, on Mac OS 10.3.9.
Newer builds seems to be partly broken!

the version of streamripper I could find doesn't allow scheduling, though -- just instant recording.

Audio Hijack Pro is the gold standard. You can even schedule the recording of multiple streams at the same time.
