Macromedia Contribute slowed down Dreamweaver?

Hey all,

I installed the MM Contribute 3 demo to see what it was like. After I installed it, I noticed that Dreamweaver MX 2004 v7.0.1 because really really slow at opening and closing HTML files. It still opens and closes PHP and PHP/HTML files as quickly as it used to. But is a dog now on getting HTML files opened or closed.

So I removed the Contribute demo and trashed all of its prefs and application support files that I could find, but yet still Dreamweaver runs really slow opening HTML files. It was not like this before I installed the Contribute demo. It will sometimes seriously take about 30 seconds or more to open or close a simple HTML file.

Has anyone else experienced this after installing Contribute and found a fix, short of trashing Dreamweaver and re-installing?
