Simple question! Can I add internet radio Stations to iTunes,and if so, wheres a good place to search for em?

yes you can.

i use shoutcast.com.

Yeah, if you click on a radio stream, the stream will be added to your Library like a regular song. Often the Genre, Artist, and Album tags are something funny, though.

So I add a Smart Playlist named "Radio" with the rule:
* kind contains "stream"

so it's easy to find all of the radio streams I listen to.
