iMac G4, 800mhz, 768MB, 10.2.8 and Canoscan 650U. Installed the canoscan driver CanonPI CS-U 3.8X into the plugin folder of Graphic Converter v4.4 (does it go in the home plugin or OS X plugin folder - made no difference). All works well and as expected up to the point of scanning. When I click the scan button, the window closes, I get the spinning beachball for about 13sec and then GC quits unexpectedly. Did repair permissions after the install.
Any thoughts or help appreciated......
