Help, I dont know what's wrong with iChat/iSight bandwidth?

I have my iSight bandwidth at 500kbps, 1Kbps, 2kbps.. nothing worked when I tried to connect to someone by using iSight.

Any solutions? Please help asap.

The obvious questions.

1) What is your rated bandwidth (up/down)?
2) What is the rated bandwidth (up/down) of the person you want to chat with?

Have both of you tested your bandwidth with a 3rd party test site to ensure both ends are working with adequate bandwidth?
