Delete the prefs file at Home/Library/Preferences/Windows Media Player Prefs. It will reset some other settings too (like the connection-setting), but it's the only way I know of.

EDIT: Too slow...

That is the only way. Anyone know if this is just something MS did to the Mac or is the same on a PC. At least with QT you can do it in the menubar.
