Display iTunes exported Playlist

Is there a way to display an iTunes exported playlist somehow without having the songs? When I import the playlist into my work computer it only shows the songs I have on THAT computer in the playlist as opposed to displaying the whole list.

However I just want to view the playlist and if I open the text file it is impossible to discern all the info.

Maybe an another program?
