Vanishing point is pretty cool. Everything else so, so. I'm waiting for Golive CS2 trial ;-)

Awesome.

Bridge is great. And you can use it without launching Photoshop first. It blows the old browser away. Bridge is worth the upgrade to me.

Photoshop... haven't really done anything different with it yet (Vanishing point isn't something I would use much... I use Photoshop with my photography and I would never be cutting and pasting things around in the photo). But the RAW plug-in in Photoshop now supports curves IN the plug-in... WOOT!

That is what I thought

I can't even be bothered to try CS 2 out. I have CS and since there aren't any significant changes to Photoshop (I use it for photo-editing only) I don't find this upgrade very exciting. I do use Illustrator on too and Distiller, but not as a power user.

I've already bought the PS2 update (did a download). Loving it and feeling much better about paying for the upgrade.

It's faster, and there are tons and tons of new little features that make it feel like it's really "polished" if you work with digital photos you want this. The exposure feature, the photo tints (built in as opposed to plugins) and even better color management. It's faster too.

yes since golive version5. I don't understand though why that would be a selling point when you can make an iFrame with about 3 lines of code... Just type "iframe" in google.

As opposed to getting it via mail in a CD.

It's not a bad upgrade... but... they really haven't done much since the version six have they? I like the healing brush but aside form that... they don't seem to have done much that dramatically improves Photoshop...

The Windows version is a .dmg?

Ticking sound coming from a .pkg package? Don't let the .bom go off! Inspect it first with Pacifist 2.5.2. Macworld - five mice!
