I'm a current owner of Photoshop 7 Education version. I was just on Adobe's web site. They appear to have a download available for their photoshop CS2 upgrade.

In order to download the CS2 upgrade, I had to provide the serial number off of my photoshop. I was surprised when this serial number was accepted and I was prompted to enter my credit card number to complete the purchase and download upgrade. I got nervous that this download would actually work so I aborted the transaction.

I was assuming that I wouldn't be able to upgrade my education version, but maybe I can? Has anyone tried this yet? $149 is a pretty sweet price and for me to be able to download it is even better.

I dont see why not. I dont think "educational" version is any different.
