I leave my computer in sleep mode over night so my ipod can charge over night but then in the morning I have to open itunes just to make sure it's updated, then eject the ipod and turn off the computer. I'm trying to make a work flow to do all of that for me, but I can't find the action for shutting down the computer. Anybody know how I can do the "shut down" part, i can't find the option for that if it's there... or if I can do that with an apple script. I know nothing about apple scripts.

hmmm, this isn't as simple as I had hoped it would be. I haven't gotten the shut down part yet, been searching for a script with no luck yet. However, it starts to update the ipod and tries to eject it before the update is even done, and completely nullifies the entire workflow. So now I have to put some kind of wait in between actions to make sure they get done, this doesn't make sense. I don't even know if that is possible. What's the point of giving it a list of things to do if it's not going to do them in order.
