k so i bought Tiger yesterday and installed it...but this morning when i logged in for the first time and did the setup etc... i launched Safari and it bounced a while and then crashed...i got the unexpectingly quit dialog...i relaunched it 1230918209458124 times and it is STILL ****ed...and apple doesn't let you redownload it form their website


FYI i'm using FIREFOX right now

Did you do an upgrade? Do you have any third party plugins/extensions for Safari that need to be updated?

i never thought about that >_< i have that plugin i forgot but downloaded it from pimpmysafari.com..... should i delete it?

well i deleted the PDF browser plugin and the safari stand plugin from inputmanager/internet plugins folders in my ~\Library\ but it is still ****ed

would it work if someone sent me their safari 2.0 application if the app is ****ed?

AHA! i found the plugin that was breaking safari was ACIDSEARCH....it was not in the internet plugins but in the SIMBL folder
