Is there any way to get rid of the Konfabulator icon that brands the screen every time Konspose is invoked? That thing is getting to be annoying. (That in and of itself is reason enough to move to Tiger (once the wrinkles get smoothed out from it)).

from memory i think you just open up the konfabulator bundle and look around till you find the background jpeg file and replace that with something else, i.e a blank jpeg

something like that anyway

Thanks for the tip. That sounds like it could work. (Now the stupid question...) How do I open the bundle?

Did the trick. I opened the package, looked around, found a .png file named "gears" and sent it straight to the trash. Widgets were all out of place when I launched Konfab, but put them where I wanted, quit, reopened and everything seems to be cool. THANK YOU. It was very cool of you to help me out and give that advice. I appreciate it.
