Fireworks problems

	Hi We are having some problems with fireworks MX on mac os X. When we go to save the file, we get an error saying that an Internal error has occured, and we cannot save the file. Also, when we try to open up the files that were saved previously, we get an error stating that an Unknown error occured, unable to open the file. And there is no way to open the files, yet the icons contain the image. Any suggestions??
