I am having trouble getting mail to work w/ exchange and would love some tips.

What I have:

Tiger/Mail 2.0
Exchange 2003 Running OWA
The ability to connect using Entourage

If I can connect w/ Entourage, should I definitely be able to w. mail? If so, any troubleshooting tips? If not, is there a decent configuration guide for the Exchange server? I can get the admin to do pretty much anything.

Any help would be great- I'd love to end the tyranny of Entourage.

I spent two days fighting this and read countless rants and how-tos online and couldn't get it to work. I'm even the administrator for the Exchange box.. I gave up and just used POP3. AFAIK Entourage uses OWA via webDAV to slowly retrieve everything, not an actual connection to Exchange (ala Outlook).
