I can't play QuickTime video in Safari. For example, I can't watch movie trailers on Apple's QuickTime site. I get an "unable to load plug-in" message, whenever I go the QuickTime page or try to view any movie on it. In Firefox, the page loads without an error message and movies work just fine. Any help will be much appreciated.
FYI: Running Mac OS X v10.3.9 with Safari v1.3. The QuickTime 7 plugin is in the Library/QuickTime folder.

I just removed my QT preferences and all was well again, without having to follow the above steps. See if that works for you too
