If you look at the activity window you'll see it tries to load a swf file (this is Flash BTW) - it doesn't find it - the file is missing, its nothing to do with Safari - try it others browsers and you'll get the same.

Me too, but only using IE. Firefox draws a blank as well.

Yeah, their HTML is bad. Complain to the web master! Otherwise they'll never know and won't fix it.

That one's OK in Safari here.

Does this load properly in your Safari? On mine, the navigation bar is on the far right, and the clothing is pushed to the bottom of the page.

Anyone else getting this?

how about these project runway shows?

why is it "IE 5.5 and Windows" only? is there a technical reason for this?

Requires WMP plugin
"Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in one
pretty and well preserved piece, but to skid across the line broadside,
thoroughly used up, worn out, leaking oil, shouting GERONIMO!"

No. It's because the web site builders are stupid asses.

A whole lot of academic aids are coded for Windows-specific browsers, and almost always for IE. Frankly, it's just about the only safe bet they can make: a college student with a computer probably has Internet Explorer, and since the majority of personal computers are Windows machines, they have a high probability that the (ok I'll say it-frequently brain dead) college student will have a Windows machine running IE.

That's still no excuse for not handling the other possibilities though. As musper69 says, it's stupid to exclude other platforms and computer-savy users.
