Hey, I was wondering if anybody could help me out here.

I know the whole video chat with iChat and AIM PC version isn't the greatest. But I am trying to figure out why my friend, who has a webcam, does not show up as having on on iChat. Other people show up with the video, but my friend shows up as a normal user. When they try to start a video connection with me, it tells them that I either don't have the right stuff or I rejected the offer.

Any suggestions would be great!

Or, any PC/Mac software that will provide better webcam support would also be great.

I read that many had problems if they had UPnP turned OFF in their routers.
