any floor plan software out there for OS X?

I am looking for low end, ~$40 "design your new home" software, it seems that there are a ton of 3D new home/floor plan software out there for the PC, but all I can find for OS X are high end ones like SketchUp, any alternatives out there? I guess I could use OmniGraffle or illustrator, but I was looking for something 3d.
