My friend at work is having a problem with iTunes. Certain files that he wants to the change the info (title, album) won't let him. They will let him do it, but as soon as he presses play, the info reverts back to what it said before.

Why is this happening?

It is only happeing on certain files? ARe these just bad files?

It sounds like he doesn't have write access to these files.
