After I updated Norton Antivirus 9.0.3 to 10.0.0 under 10.3.9 I lost my auto-protect feature. So when a CD etc. is inserted no NAV scan is started or progress bar pops up. (all preferences were set to enable the auto-protect feature).

When de-installing and back to NAV 9.0.3 auto-protect is back working again.

Any solutions ?

You know NAV has a horribly bad reputation with OSX? Reports of it wiping out the entire mail folder if it detected something dodgy.

frankly speaking I have NEVER experienced problems with NAV. ....well, until this weekend
